Norwegian Wood gets it's name from the Beatle's tune "Norwegian Wood", on the album "Rubber Soul". The amount of
phone calls we get from people wanting custom woodwork done is incredible. They're quite surprised when they find out
that they've called a recording studio. When the studio was first built, we were a tape only operation. Our track count was
8 and we had practically no mixdown options. Well, life has changed in the past 8 years and we now have a 48 track Pro
Tools system. All mixing is done digitally with full automation available and a WIDE range of plug-ins at our disposal. All
projects are stored on DVD for backup and can be retrieved quickly if needed. We mix down to hard disc or to CD and test
our mixes on a wide variety of audio systems to ensure the mixes "travel" well. We really enjoy recording/editing/mixing
and we hope it shows in our work. We have recorded a wide variety of projects and specialize in country, pop rock &
gospel music. Recently we have added video capturing/editing/DVD authoring and duplication to our list of services. If
